Whilst some caterers have one sized fits all menu thats not how we work. The food is an important and memorable part of your day so we write your wedding menu with you. Whether there is specific cuisine or dish you would like we will incorporate this into your wedding breakfast.
We can provide catering throughout the whole day, just the wedding breakfast or smoked food from our fires for the evening.
As we rely on fire for our cooking it doesn’t matter what facilities your venue has – it could be in a manor house or a cliff top. We will bring and setup your custom fire rig to your venue and cook on fire and smoke. We love serve canapés directly from our fires which is an instant talking point amongst your guests.
